Ticket Pricing and Sales for Films and Seminars:
TICKETS AND PASSES ARE CURRENTLY ON SALE IN PERSON OR BY PHONE ORDER ONLY (SEE BELOW FOR OFFICE HOURS). ONLINE SALES WILL BEGIN LATER THIS WEEK.
FastPass - good for the whole festival (all films, all seminars, no standing in lines, the Saturday night party - an exclusive with this pass) with guaranteed seating* up to five minutes prior to film showings for $250.
Super Passes - good for the whole festival (all films and all seminars), with priority entry**, for $150.
Day Passes - good for one day (all films and all seminars), with priority entry**, for $55.
Individual Tickets - all showings prior to 4:00 p.m. are $8. Seminars and Special Engagements are $10. Showings at 4:00 p.m. and later are $10.
Tickets can be purchased:
- In person - stop by our offices, 347 Water Street (at intersection of Main St). Office hours will be 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. seven days a week. June 6-8 the office will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and during the festival from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
- By phone - purchase with credit card by calling our office at (269) 857-8351 during festival office hours.
- Online - (ONLINE SALES WILL BEGIN LATER THIS WEEK) tickets and passes may be purchased online using a credit card, and then either printed from home, or picked up anytime prior to showtime at the festival office. The printed ticket confirmation page or printed confirmation email are required as proof of purchase.
- Tickets and passes will not be mailed! - all tickets and passes purchased by phone must be picked up at the festival office. For online purchases, the ticket will be emailed and can be printed from home (passes require photos and must be picked up at the festival office), or if tickets are picked up at the office, the printed confirmation page or email are required as proof of purchase.
- Many screenings will sell out, so early purchase of tickets is recommended.
PLEASE NOTE OUR SEATING AND TICKETING POLICY: Purchased seats for general admission tickets are only guaranteed up to 15 minutes prior to showtime (5 minutes for FastPass holders), at which time vacant seats for sold-out shows will be forfeited and resold as Rush Sales to waiting patrons, so PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY!! With the exception of FastPass holders, seating at screenings is first come, first serve. Also, please be aware our policy is NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES for unused or forfeited tickets (all ticket sales are a donation, as the Waterfront Film Festival is a non-profit volunteer-run organization). Please support!!
* seats for FastPass holders will be held at each venue up to five minutes prior to film showings, at which point they will be released. Due to the small venue size, seats will not be held for seminars (priority entry** is still available).
** when venue doors open (typically 30 minutes prior to showtime), FastPass, Super, Day passholders are permitted to enter first. This does not guarantee seats (please see seating policy).
