The Waterfront Film Festival is 100% volunteer directed and staffed, and so we depend on volunteers to pull it all together. We need more great volunteers like you so that we have more hands available to sell tickets the weeks before film, set up the festival and put it away!!! So, please share the news and the need with a friend. You may sign up for one shift or multiple shifts, or you will find there is a box to sign up for a whole day. Whatever time you can give us will be greatly appreciated. There are 30 different shifts that need to be filled. Make multiple copies for your friends.

Most of you want to know what kind of jobs we need you to fill. The following list gives you an idea of want each job entails:

• Work at the office Working at the main office - selling tickets, answering phones, giving film goers directions and much, much more. (Volunteers are needed from Memorial Day on!)
• Set up for the Film Festival To help us set up the film festival so that it is ready to go! A BIG NEED!!!
• Clean up from the Film Festival The clean up day! We will need to put every back to it's proper place
• Security This job keeps the film festival going, for example directing and parking traffic, setting up parking signs and general "Johnny on the Spot" needs.
• Ticket Takers Taking tickets at the venues, selling Waterfront Film products, selling refreshments

Immediately after receiving your sign up form, we will only contact you if there is a conflict with the shift or shifts you have selected. So make sure you give us your email address or phone number so that we can contact you if there is a problem. Otherwise, on or before Monday, June 9th you will receive a description of your specific job, duties and where to meet for your first shift (by email or mail).
